Andrew has been conferred Doctorate (PhD) in Sustainable Renewable Energy Leadership & Management, Honoris Causa by The Thames International University of France. He has been given the Indo-Global Achiever’s Award by the Global Human Rights Council for Peace & Sustainable Development – USA. He has been conferred as Asia’s Man of Excellence in Renewable Energy Leadership and an Exceptional Energy Development Expert Award of the Year by the Thailand International Leadership Award. He is also regarded as Man of Exemplary Achievements in the field of Renewable Energy by the Philippines’ Golden Eagle Awards. He is also conferred the Asia’s Outstanding Renewable Energy Development Expert Award by the Asia Awards and the World Research Congress (India). He has been also conferred the Asia’s Man of Excellence in Energy Development Visionary Expertise and Most Innovative Renewable Energy Executive Award of the Year by the Malaysia Business Leaders and Innovators Awards. He has been also conferred Asia’s Man of Visionary Achievements in Sustainable Renewable Energy and a Multi-Awarded Energy Development Expert of the Year by the Vietnam International Achievers Awards.

Andrew is a recipient of the renowned Globe Telecom – Management Development Program (GMDP). He is a trained Auditor on ISO (Quality Management Systems) from the Anglo Japanese American Registrars (AJA) – United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). He is a Certified Paralegal from the University of the Philippines. He is also a Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) and a Tax Compliance Specialist (TCS) in the Philippines. 

Andrew has finished the 10-month Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Program from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He has also taken the 3-month course on Corporate Governance and the 2-month course on Executive Presence and Influence from Wharton.  Andrew has also taken the Economics of Clean Energy Transition from the Stanford University – School of Engineering, Doerr School of Sustainability.  He has finished his  Doctorate of Philosophy in Economic Analysis  with focus on the Philippine Renewable Energy Market from the Selinus University of Sciences and Literature (UK).

He is taking up his Doctorate in Sustainability from the University of the Philippines. . He also holds a Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management (Dean’s List) and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the De La Salle University (Dean’s List).

Tonette is an Investor. She is the President of Filipinas Kalayaan Overseas Shipping, Inc. from 2006 up to the present. She used to be the Treasurer of the said company from 1987 to 2006. She is the Chairperson of the AscendPh Co., Ltd.

Tonette spends the most time in shaping the future of the next generation through Angelicum Academy of Carmona. Much of her activities are to support students education and the care for the environment through various socio-civic activities. Tonette is also spearheading the development of Anti-Aging Medical Centers all over the Philippines. These are geriatric facilities designed for wellness and anti-aging.

Tonette finished her Accounting degree from the Philippine College of Commerce.

Judee is a Technology Expert. Judee is Director in McMatthise Energy Development Corporation. He is the Head of the Technology Division of Filresidenza Property Development Services. He used to be the Business Unit Head in Microimage International Corp. He worked in Advanced Solutions, Inc., Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc., Cyberjude, International Networking Technologies, and Microgenesis Business Systems, Inc.

Judee is currently Partner in AscendPh Co., Ltd. and Associate Partner in AscendPh Co. (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Judee finished his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from AMA Computer College.

Engr. Henry T. Estropia is the Head of Fuel, Oil & Gas and the Commodities Section of McMatthise Global Group Corporation, where he leads the Group’s global trading, commodities, and energy-related commercial activities. He is a Civil Engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than three decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning energy, construction, infrastructure, global trade, information technology, and manufacturing.

Henry currently serves as Strategic Business Unit Head for Global Trade at McMatthise Global, overseeing the trading of oil and gas, petrochemicals, agricultural products, minerals, and other commodities. He also holds management roles in several affiliated energy companies, including Global Energist Power Corporation, where he supports renewable energy project permitting and coordination. His prior roles include Chief Technical Officer for agroforestry, real estate, and solar EPC ventures, as well as Project Manager and Engineer for large-scale residential, institutional, and infrastructure projects.

Earlier in his career, Henry worked with the Bureau of Internal Revenue on large-scale national IT modernization programs, giving him rare exposure to government systems, regulatory environments, and enterprise-level project coordination.

A graduate of Far Eastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Henry is a licensed Civil Engineer, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE), and a COSH-certified safety professional. His leadership is defined by disciplined execution, risk awareness, and long-horizon value creation across energy and commodities platforms.

Ariel is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over 15 years of experience in managing people and businesses across diverse industries. His journey from an entry-level position to executive leadership reflects a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to driving organizational success.

As Ariel’s career progressed, he assumed positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in his appointment as Manager and Business Unit Head of Operations. In this capacity, he spearheaded strategic initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and drive revenue growth. His visionary leadership style and ability to inspire cross-functional teams propelled the organization to new heights of success.

Kathy is currently an Associate Partner of AscendPh Co., Ltd. and AscendPh Co. (Singapore) Pt. Ltd. She is also Director in McMatthise Energy Development Corporation and Angelicum Academy of Carmona, Inc. She is also the Business Unit Head of SupplyXpress.net and UnitXchange.

Kathy served as the Head of Asia Pacific Business Process Outsourcing, Inc. Asia Pacific Career Center Office, EQ Academy, and McMatthise Institute, Inc. She also served as Officer of Filipinas Kalayaan Overseas Shipping Inc. and MyLoanCenter.

Kathy finished Bachelor of Science Major in Marketing from the University of the East. She also took up Certificate Courses from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Reynaldo has been with the Group since 2002. He has served with Filipinas Kalayaan Overseas Shipping, Inc. as Director. He has also served as Director of Filresidenza Corporation and Manager of Filresidenza Property Development Services. Reynaldo is currently an Associate Partner in AscendPh Co., Ltd. He is also Director in Reliance Renewable Energy Corporation and InstaSolar Energy Corporation.

Ferdinand is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing people and teams, navigating the complexities of human dynamics with finesse and proficiency. Jenifer D. Arias is an Energy Specialist at McMatthise Global Group Corporation, contributing to the Group’s renewable energy and infrastructure initiatives through structured documentation support, data management, and coordination activities. She brings a strong foundation in science education, analytical thinking, and process discipline developed through both academic training and professional experience.

Jenifer holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Physical Science, from Eastern Samar State University – Salcedo Campus. Her academic background equips her with a solid understanding of scientific principles, systematic analysis, and technical communication—competencies that are highly relevant to the documentation-intensive and compliance-driven environment of energy project development.

Her professional experience includes work as a data analyst at Freight Processing Outsourcing Solution Inc. (FPOSI), where she handled structured data entry, accuracy-critical documentation, and administrative support functions. She also previously served as a private school teacher at Imelda Operio Learning School, where she developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and methodically.

At McMatthise Global, Jenifer supports energy development operations by assisting in data organization, document preparation, internal coordination, and workflow tracking. Marc Rudolf T. Silerio is an Energy Specialist at McMatthise Global Group Corporation, bringing with him a strong background in operations support, stakeholder coordination, and process management developed over more than a decade of professional experience in multinational service environments.

Prior to joining McMatthise Global, Marc held senior operational roles at Optum Global Solutions, where he currently served as a Regional Account Manager and Subject Matter Expert. In this capacity, he supported complex account operations, processed claims and reimbursements through to completion, and provided technical and procedural guidance to both new and experienced team members. His work required a high level of accuracy, compliance awareness, and cross-functional coordination—skills that translate well into the regulatory and documentation-intensive energy sector.

Marc’s earlier experience includes technical support and customer service roles with global organizations such as Sutherland Global Services, Convergys, Synchrony Financial (formerly GE Capital), and Expert Global Solutions. Across these roles, he consistently demonstrated strong communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and operational discipline.
