Building on this foundation, the McMatthise platform formally took shape in 2002 with the establishment of McMatthise Consulting Services. Initially conceived as a professional advisory practice, the firm functioned as a capability-building engine—accumulating institutional knowledge in strategy, organizational design, and execution support that would later underpin expansion into operating businesses.

Between 2004 and 2008, the enterprise expanded into business process outsourcing through Asia Pacific Business Process Outsourcing, Inc., Call Center Career Development Office, Asia Pacific Call Center, and MyLoanCenter. These ventures strengthened internal competencies in systems design, process engineering, human capital development, and scalable service delivery—skills essential for managing complex, multi-entity operations.

In 2009, McMatthise entered construction and property development through Filresidenza Property Development Services and Filresidenza Corporation. This phase marked a critical inflection point, allowing the organization to internalize rigorous project management practices, cost discipline, regulatory coordination, and end-to-end development execution. These capabilities proved transferable and essential as the Group moved into capital-intensive sectors.

By 2015, the Group strategically prepared for participation in the electric power and renewable energy sector. Early-stage involvement in Del Sol Energy CGS, Inc. and related initiatives enabled McMatthise to refine its permitting, documentation, and compliance systems in line with energy-sector regulatory and financing standards.

In 2017, the Group supported large-scale solar development through Solar Valley Energy Solutions Inc., contributing to what would become a 130 MW solar power project in San Pablo, Isabela. This milestone positioned McMatthise as a credible platform for utility-scale renewable energy development.

The formal establishment of McMatthise Energy Development Corporation in 2018 consolidated the Group’s renewable energy initiatives, including Reliance Renewable Energy Corporation, InstaSolar Energy Corporation, and Tech Energie Reserves, Inc. That same year, the Group expanded internationally with the establishment of AscendPh Co. (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., extending its regional presence and cross-border capabilities.

In 2019, McMatthise further broadened its strategic scope with the development of AlliedSeas, SupplyXpress.net, UnitXchange – Universal Trade and Exchanges, and the early structuring of McMatthise Global as a multi-sector platform—reflecting a deliberate transition toward a holdings-based model.

This evolution culminated in 2023 with the incorporation of McMatthise Global Group Corporation as a dedicated holding company. Through the acquisition of AscendPh Co., Ltd. (formerly McMatthise Co., Ltd.), McMatthise Global consolidated over twenty years of operating history, sectoral expertise, and governance experience under a single corporate parent.
