McMatthise Global Group Corporation (MGGC) is a Philippine-based strategic holding company focused on renewable energy, infrastructure development, and sustainability-driven investments. With roots tracing back to 2003, MGGC represents over two decades of enterprise development, evolving from consulting and advisory services into a fully integrated energy and investment platform.
In 2023, MGGC was formally established as a holding company and merged with AscendPh Co., Ltd.—formerly McMatthise Co., Ltd. (established in 2003)—with MGGC as the surviving entity. This merger unified the Group’s historical operations, governance systems, and accumulated expertise under a single corporate structure, significantly enhancing institutional strength and continuity.
Through strategic equity investments in Global Energist Power Corporation and McMatthise Energy Development Corporation, MGGC plays a key role in originating, structuring, and developing bankable renewable energy projects, positioning itself as a critical enabler of the energy transition in the Philippines and emerging markets.
At McMatthise Global, we recognize the urgent need to transition towards renewable energy sources. Through strategic investments and collaborative partnerships, we drive the development of solar, wind, and hydroelectric projects, empowering communities and reducing our carbon footprint.
