Refined Fuels

Supporting international energy requirements through competitively sourced refined petroleum products.

EN590 is the current standard for all automotive diesel fuel sold in the European Union member states and other continents. This grade of fuel is also called ultra-low sulphur diesel (ULSD).

Light Cycle Oil is the diesel boiling range material, which is produced in addition to gas and petrol in the fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU). LCO is treated in the diesel hydrotreater (DHT) unit to produce low sulphur environment-friendly diesel. Production of LC is increased in the FCCU by employing medium conversion mode rather than using traditional low conversion mode.

It is the second distillate from the crude oil, and can be used without reformers and additives.

The first engines used D2 as fuel before petrol cars as we know them today was invented.

Aviation Fuels

Connecting qualified supply opportunities for aviation fuel requirements across international markets.

Jet A1 is a widely used aviation fuel. Its casual name is kerosene. Professionals value it highly because it enables the aircraft to get the maximum energy with a minimum fuel load. Due to its outstanding heat output, it increases flight autonomy.

It is exceptionally resistant to cold. Even at the highest altitudes, it will not crystallize. Thanks to its thermal and storage stability, it reduces the risks of the fuel’s deterioration.

Aviation Kerosene Jet Fuel (JP54) is nowadays considered to be an industry standard when it comes to fuel used for aviation purposes.

The JP54 is basically an abbreviation that means “Jet Propulsion, A1, Colonial Grade 54.” JP54 powers the engines used in gas turbine aircrafts.

LNG & LPG

Facilitating gas supply opportunities supporting energy security, industry, and evolving market demand.

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is a natural gas that has been cooled to a liquid state, at about -260° Fahrenheit, for shipping and storage. The volume of natural gas in its liquid state is about 600 times smaller than its volume in its gaseous state. This process makes it possible to transport natural gas to places pipelines cannot reach.

LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is commonly referred to in many overseas countries as ‘autogas’ and is a propane and butane mixture. It is a tri-carbon alkane that is in gaseous form at atmospheric pressure, but becomes a liquid at normal temperatures and low pressure.

Crude & Solid Energy

Supporting transactions across crude and solid energy commodities for industrial and energy-sector requirements.

ESPO crude oil is a light variant crude, It is shipped through the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline system and sold to the east Asian and the US west coast markets.

Petroleum coke or petcoke, is a final carbon-rich solid material that derives from oil refining, and is one type of the group of fuels referred to as cokes

Coal is primarily used as a fuel. While coal has been known and used for thousands of years, its usage was limited until the Industrial Revolution. With the invention of the steam engine, coal consumption increased.
